Heather Christensen (founder at Mommy Ready)

"Clean, simple, a fresh design and super-helpful support. I love that this EMR is made for doctors, run by doctors. They have the beginning, middle and end in mind and are constantly adding more awesome features."

Dr. Liz Carlson (founder at Clarity Point Healthcare)

"For the first time ever, patients appear on my schedule, fully onboarded. The integration of Orchestra One and its online booking capability has greatly reduced the amount of administrative work in my practice, leaving me more time to practice and ultimately, saving on overhead costs."

Helpful FAQs:

How is Orchestra one only $20/month for up to 10 providers?

While most EHRs and scheduling systems charge more than $50 per month per user, we prefer to keep our fees as low as possible to help small clinics thrive. We only charge 3% for payment processing and $5 per insurance claim submission. We only get paid if you do.

What kinds of practices work with Orchestra One?

Orchestra One is designed and built for small private practices, but we can also accommodate larger groups. We help primary care doctors, specialists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, mental health therapists, dermatologists and more to grow thriving practices.

Is the free trial the full version of Orchestra One?

Yes. What you see in the free trial is exactly what you will get if you decide to continue with a monthly or yearly subscription.

Is Orchestra One an EHR or EMR?

While Orchestra One offers features often included in an EHR, we do not define the product as one. We aim to build a healthcare platform that runs a practice and delivers a better experience to patients. Some of our providers use Orchestra One with an EHR, and some have said goodbye to EHR's altogether.

Do I have to use all of Orchestra One’s features, or can I use just one?

All of Orchestra One’s features are provided in a suite for our basic plan of $20 per month. You are not obligated to use all of the features. Feel free to use as little or as many as you like.
